At BROWNS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
